Corporate Travellers can take advantage of:
A Corporate Rate* (single or twin) from Sunday through Thursday (High & Peak Seasons excluded)

A Discounted Dinner offer at the Motel’s in-house Restaurant 'Citrus at the shores' on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings (Room Service also available)
Free WiFi Broadband access (60 minutes / 500Mb download limit per visit)
Free 8-channel Austar television
• Fujitsu reverse-cycle air-conditioning in all rooms
• An ideal location directly across the road from Mollymook Beach and Golf Club (Saltwater Grill meals can be “charged back” to motel accounts).

Note: Companies and organisations are able to arrange for accommodation and/or associated costs for their business travellers to be invoiced for payment rather than having travellers settle their accounts directly with the Motel. Conditions apply to this arrangement and written authority is required. Click here for an example of an appropriate charge-back/invoice authority. Feel free to print, complete and fax us this document - alternative versions are acceptable, please discuss this with us at time of booking.


Additional Charges

 

• A surcharge of $20.00 per night applies for each additional guest.
• A surcharge of $15.00 applies to a lost or non-returned key.
• Smoking in rooms may result in an additional night’s tariff being levied.

Booking Conditions for Corporate Guests

 

• Bookings made under a Corporate Rate do not guarantee a specific room-type or outlook. Corporate Room Bookings are made on a “run of house” basis. Should a specific room type or outlook be required, then full rack rate will apply (conditional upon availability).
• Credit Card information and/or a charge-back/invoice authority are required to secure ALL bookings.
• Cheques are ONLY to be used to settle accounts invoiced to a company or organisation
• Where the corporate traveller is to settle their own account, payment of this account is required “in full” prior to or upon departure.
• We accept EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club. A 2% processing fee will be levied on amounts in excess of $500.00 (settled by American Express or Diners), to bring these charges in line with those charged by Visa and Mastercard.
• Corporate reservations cancelled within forty eight (48) hours of the arrival date will incur a charge equivalent to the first night’s accommodation.
