CONFERENCES

Conference Room

Our conference room has a seating capacity of up to 35 delegates in a U shape, 60 class room or 80 theatre style. Our complimentary in-house equipment includes an electronic whiteboard, standard whiteboard, flip charts, overhead projector and large screen, video player and recorder, 63cm television and a Kodak remote slide projector. Specialised equipment can be arranged on request.

You will also have access to fax, photocopying and secretarial services.

There is no charge for the conference room or the in-house equipment when you book a fully inclusive package.


Dining

Our innovative young chefs will tempt you with delicious buffet breakfasts, homemade morning and afternoon teas, lunch and three course dinner. You can leave the decision making in the hands of our chef or you can select from our diverse range of menus. Your delegate's special dietary requirements are also catered for.

Upon request we will forward you a copy of our wine list. Alternatively, if you have a favourite that you would like served we can arrange for it to be in stock.


Leisure Time

If your delegates are lucky enough to be allotted leisure time, there are many ways in which they can spend it. Mollymook Shores has its own pool and sauna, the beach is across the road and for golfing enthusiasts there are two courses (one within walking distance) nearby to keep them busy.

The area also boasts a huge range of leisure activities including -

  •  snorkelling or scuba diving for certified divers
  •  deep sea, lake or beach fishing
  •  bushwalking
  •  squash and tennis
  •  indoor cricket, netball, soccer or net tennis
  •  horseriding
  •  surfing (coaching can be arranged)

    Our fully inclusive 24 hour conference package includes -

  •  accommodation in our spacious rooms
  •  hot buffet breakfast
  •  delicious homemade morning and afternoon tea
  •  buffet lunch including juice, squash, tea and coffee
  •  three course dinner - choice of 2 entrees, main and dessert
  •  hire of conference room and standard equipment
  •  iced water and mints in the conference room

    Beverages with the evening meal can be costed into your package upon request.

    Of course we can also design a package that suits your specific needs and budget. You may wish to include day tours, theme nights or sporting events. At Mollymook Shores we are flexible and aim to please.

    The conference room is also available for day hire at a cost of $110.00. Catering can be provided if required.
