Mollymook Shores’ natural location makes it a popular choice for conferences and meetings – the combination of quality accommodation, attentive service, modern conference equipment, first-class restaurant, dedicated conference co-ordinator, and affordable rates has seen many clients use the facility time and time again.

Featuring natural light and air-conditioned comfort, at approx. 116m2, the conference room has a seating capacity of up to 24 delegates in a U-shape to 70 in theatre-style.
Complimentary in-house equipment includes:

• 63cm television and VCR/DVD
• lectern
• tele-conference phone (call costs apply)
WiFi broadband internet is also available. Several areas around the Motel are also suitable for break-out groups.
Please note that we have only the one conference room and its access is via 2 flights of stairs.
Currently a data projector is not included as complimentary in-house equipment.

Accommodation
Delegates’ accommodation needs are catered for with 27 rooms – 17 of which are suites, with 4 spa suites, 2 standard rooms, 3 studios and one self-contained 2-bedroom apartment – many with ocean views over Mollymook Beach • more on accommodation options
All rooms have reverse cycle air conditioning, LCD televisions (most have two), free AUSTAR TV, STD/ISD direct dial telephones, mini bar, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities.
The majority of rooms are suitable for twin-share accommodation with separate sleeping areas within suites. Three other popular motels within metres of Mollymook Shores can cater for any overflow accommodation requirements.
